The Nature Visions Photography Expo is an annual event held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center since 2010. Online registration is required and passes may be purchased at www.NatureVisions.org.
The upcoming Expo is on Friday-Sunday November 14-16, 2014. It offers free classes for beginners, two featured presentations by noted photographer and author Rick Sammon, and two FREE Sunday presentations by Adobe Evangelist Julieanne Kost.
Rick Sammon gives a Friday full-day seminar, Exploring the Light, on November 14. Rick gives the Saturday Keynote presentation, Getting Cool Shots in Cold Conditions. Short videos of his photographs and the topics that he’ll teach are at www.NatureVisions.org.
Julieanne Kost makes two FREE appearances on Sunday November 16, including one presentation on Lightroom. Introductions to those topics from her Adobe TV videos are also at www.NatureVisions.org.

Volunteers from seven regional photo clubs, one of which is the Manassas-Warrenton Camera Club, form the officers and directors of NVPE, which is an IRC 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
The seven photography clubs that organize the annual Nature Visions Photo Expo aim to provide a wonderful photography experience not only for their participating members but also for visitors from metropolitan Washington, the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Members of the seven clubs form les than half of Expo attendees.

Over 1,200 photographers and lovers of photography attended the 2013 NVPE, which featured educational presentations, almost two dozen vendors of equipment, instructional workshops and supplies, and two exhibits of juried nature and fine art photography.
